📝 Salon Policy (Please Read Before Booking)
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required and goes toward your total.
• Payment via e-transfer to braidsbychocho@gmail.com
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations = deposit forfeited.
• Arrivals 25+ minutes late may be rescheduled or charged a late fee.
• Please arrive with clean, detangled, and blow-dried hair, unless you’ve added a Wash & Blowout ($30).
• Extra thick or long hair may incur a $20 fee.
• Kids’ services are for ages 14 & under only and children must sit calmly throughout.
• No extra guests allowed unless being serviced.
• Masks recommended for your comfort and safety.
